A guest article that I written for Packs Light that highlights Black-owned businesses following the recent Black Lives Matter movement (BLM) protests from 2020. I curated a list of restaurants and food locations based in Columbia, Missouri that were still open and did background researched for each business. From my research, I wrote descriptions based on my experience and information on the owners in hopes of garnering support for small businesses.
